Zen Decor Inspired Interiors endeavours to provide quality, creative decor services for clients that represent their style and personality, providing them with interiors that will both inspire and soothe them.

Janet, represents a calm "ZEN" aspect, she comes to Zen Decor Inspired Interiors with a background in design and layout of technical workstations in the commercial industry also a strength in administration and other artistic pursuits. As a proud member of CDECA, Canadian Decorator's Association and an Honours Graduate from Algonquin College in the Residential Decorator Program she is now providing her strengths and talents in the Residential Home Sector while continuing her work in commercial spaces. In addition to her artistic eye and feel for colour her strengths lie in organizational and strategic planning of space and keeping within budget.

Janet has dabbled in colour and art since she was a child through watercolour, & acrylic painting. Her interest in decorating stemmed from her years assisting commercial clients in space planning and organization. Although she enjoyed working with the clients and many aspects of her work she was looking for an opportunity to do something more creative and work with clients on a personal level. Her recent personal projects include the redecoration and renovation of a 1970 Georgian Greek Greek_Revival Style Country home and the renovation and finishing of a basement in her current home. Currently she resides in Kanata with her university aged son & daughter and their lively Cairn terrier puppy.
