Professional Office with welcoming warmth

• Décor goal for this commercial space was to turn an average cold and sterile looking store front space into a professional office space that speaks of warmth and home yet appeals to various clients and personnel
• Space for 4 Real Estate Agents, printers fax machines, binders & books, guest seating, a meeting area and a nicely decorated bathroom for client use
• Use of a warm and classic palette with soothing colours of green and yellow in the main part of the office and accented that with a rusty red
• Floor plan layout was important as there were a lot of functions to build into the space
• Used panel system workstations in warm gold tones to break up the space and offer the 4 work areas
• Bookcases acted as a wall to separate a work area for the printers & fax machines
• Accent colour of the rusty red was used for the entrance tile, the custom valance, the overhead storage in the workstations and a faux finish wall treatment in the bathroom
• Contemporary style guest seating and a meeting area in the front area of the space
• Overall effect of the décor is one of professionalism and welcoming warmth.
