Warmth to a northwest facing room

• Décor goal for this living room was to provide some colour and warmth to this north west facing room
• Selected a warm caramel colour for the walls it warmed up the space and provided definition to the elegant fireplace
• Selected a warm white for the ceiling and trim
• Removed the heavy draperies to allow more sunlight into this north room as the windows have UV protection and the room does not get any sun in the winter and very late evening sun in the summer
• Added a rich wool carpet to the floor, which softens and warms up the room
• The overall effect is one of warmth and elegance
